Summary
The literary event series Interviews #LitCan – Exploring the World of Canadian Books invites Canadian authors to present their recently translated work in German. The dual purpose of the series is to allow the discovery of new books while providing the opportunity to become familiar with the many facets of Canadian literature. Authors Michelle Winters and Sophie Bienvenu open the series. They talk to Thomas Bohm and, on the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8 March, also discuss what feminism means to them and the place it occupies in their writings.
