Summary

Writing the Land is an exploration of contemporary Canadian literature and the landscapes that continue to define it. Traveling across the country we catch up with twelve of Canada’s most exciting and ground breaking writers and storytellers, some of whom are part of Canada’s official delegation to Germany in 2021. 

With Edem Awumey, Ivan Coyote, Esi Edugyan, Catherine Hernandez, Uzma Jalaluddin, Aviaq Johnston, Catherine Leroux, Eden Robinson, Madeleine Thien, Katherena Vermette, Joshua Whitehead and Michael Winter.
