Since 2012, Canadian artist Darren O’Donnell and his performance collective Mammalian Diving Reflex have been coming to Bochum year after year creating unusual social-artistic works. In 2020, the Junges Schauspielhaus will present the stage play ALL THE SEX I’VE EVER HAD (premier in March), produced by Darren O’Donnell with a group of senior citizens from Bochum sharing their real life experiences about sex and love. This piece is in collaboration with Toronto artist Sanjay Ratnan and youngsters coming from three Bochum schools.

The projects are part of the culture program related to Canada’s Guest of Honour presentation at the Frankfurt Book Fair in 2020 and are supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and the Government of Canada.
