Details

In this documentary film, filmmaker Justin Simms examines cultural change and modern relationships through the prism of Michael Crummey’s eponymous collection, a landmark work in Newfoundland literature. Combining dramatizations, contemporary performance sequences and interviews with this endearing writer, the film explores, in an intimate tone, the evolution of each person in relation to their present and past environments.
