Details
Canada is the Guest of Honour at the Frankfurt Book Fair in 2020 – and now also in 2021, because in times of Corona many things go differently than planned. Canada’s physical appearance as Guest of Honour has been postponed until next year due to the pandemic. But the country is already represented this year with a strong digital presence, and with a major program focus on ARTE in October. The four-part documentary series “Canada – Literature on the Move” about the intensive dialogue between nature and literature was created to mark this occasion. It presents authors whose works are influenced by the primal elements of Canada and who represent a diverse society. ARTE, the Canadian Embassy and Cinema Paris cordially invite you to the premiere of the two episodes “Stein” and “Licht”.
