Flat Out Food is a six-episode documentary series that traces unique Saskatchewan ingredients from the field (or forest) to the plate, hosted by journalist and author Jenn Sharp. The series is based on her 2020 book, Flat Out Delicious: Your Definitive Guide to Saskatchewan’s Food Artisans.
In this episode, Jenn visits an organic grain farmer, a baker, and a whiskey maker to learn about the various uses of Canadian wheat.
